Kurius Chocolate

Ecuador grows some of the most coveted cacao on earth.

Cacao fino de aroma. A flavor found nowhere else.

Almost all of it leaves as raw beans, transformed far from home.

At Kurius, we do something different: here, the chocolate is born too.

We take the beans of Manabí and turn them into chocolate by Ecuadorian hands.

In every drop, in every bar, the land that made it lives on.

Cacao Fino de Aroma

Our chocolate begins in Manabí, a stretch of coast crossed by the equator itself. There, between sea level and 1,000 meters of elevation, under warm days of 22 to 30 °C and generous rains, cacao fino de aroma develops the floral and fruity notes that make it singular. We take that bean and, step by step, turn it into chocolate by Ecuadorian hands.
